Simexa is an independent multi-service concierge and authorized reseller. We help residential and business customers identify, evaluate, and connect with third-party service providers across telecommunications, energy, cellular, security, insurance, moving, and related categories. Simexa does not directly own, operate, generate, deliver, install, or bill for the underlying services. Those are provided by the third-party providers you select.

These relationships do not affect your right to choose any provider you wish.

Information presented through our Services is provided “as is” and is subject to change at any time. Final terms come from the provider you select.

By submitting your information or initiating a consultation, you consent to be contacted by Simexa and its authorized representatives by phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry, your services, and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message, or by replying STOP to any SMS message.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simexa, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or service interruption, arising from your use of our Services or from any service, product, or conduct of a third-party provider. Because Simexa generally does not charge consumers, any aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to Simexa in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
